Rotary Cambridge are proud to announce to our Club that we have completed the creation of a Park Bench out at Flynn Cove next to Lake Karapiro.

Special credit to Project Manager Laurie for successfully ticking all the Council boxes, arranging all the subbies (Bill Wilson & David Partis) and the weather and also managing around Covid level changes. It's not always easy to get a concrete truck out to where the seat was being built.

 

This project aligns with Rotary Cambridge's 75th Anniversary and a plaque is being created to commemorate the occasion and we will work on an official opening. Thanks go out to Mitre 10 for the donation of the wood and bolts.
