This Week Thank you, Alan & your committee for an informative evening at the Cambridge Cricket Pavilion on Thursday. Although the overcast weather stopped play, the relentless rain subsided which allowed the evening to continue much as planned. Andrew Bateman ably supported by Bill Macmillan gave those present, a back brief on the recent renovation of the building and some historical information on the cricket club. It was hearting to hear the history of the club and the support offered by individuals and businesses during the refurbishment of these facilities. Bill remined us that the club offers cricket programmes to participants of all ages, genders, and abilities and to make contact on the following email cambridgejuniorcricket@gmail.com should you have a potential Cambridge Junior Cricket star in mind. Next Week A reminder that we have no rotary next week (5th week month). So, please enjoy your week at leisure and we will see you next Thursday 7th April back at Cambridge High School for the first of our monthly formal meetings. Let’s see who turns up having not read this bulletin………… Rotary Foundation Please consider giving to the Rotary Foundation in this time of need. I realize we are personally unable to solve the world’s problems, but I do know our desire to help is strong. By giving to the Rotary Foundation and encouraging others working toward the same goals, we will know that all funding generated, is directed to those who need it most.
