CAMBRIDGE BOOKARAMA IS BACK ON - AND WILL BE BIGGER AND BETTER THAN EVER.
After our COVID19 lockdown we are collecting books again in preparation for our POSTPONED annual sale. The new dates are November 11-15.

This year’s sale promises to be exceptional!!! Lockdown has meant that many people have had time to downsize their libraries and the quantity and quality of this year’s books is better than ever.

Boxes of books or magazines can be left at Achievement House, Wilson Street, 9am-3pm Mon-Fri or collection arranged by ringing Ray on 07 827 3137

All profits from the sale are returned to the community either through projects or grants to local charities who work in our community.
Projects such as the ever-popular exercise equipment on Thornton Road or through the new bus shelter about to be erected on Victoria Street opposite the Town Hall.  Charities such as Cambridge Community House, Life Skills, Mana Hapori, Achievement House and others.
These good deeds are only achieved because of the generosity of local people giving their surplus books, CDs and DVDs to us, and by those who come and purchase them. Thankyou all for your support.

Last year Bookarama was a great success raising about $17,000. Let’s make this year’s effort even better.
