On behalf of District Governor Graham Jull this notice is to give intent that we will be
selecting the District Governor for the 2021-22 Rotary year from nominations submitted to
us by 28 February 2019, with the selection taking place during April.

While it seems a long way off, we realise that Peter Maxwell will succeed Graham Jull as
District Governor next July, to be followed by Grant Spackman a year later, the preparation
and planning for this very responsible position requires that we call for nominations well
ahead.

weeks. At the same time consult the 2016 RI Manual of Procedure for guidance – in
particular reference RI By Laws Article 16.070, 16.080 & 16.090. The policy for nomination
of District Governor in D9930 is set out in the District Constitution and By Laws (available
through the District Website) and requires clubs to propose Rotarians to the District
Nominating Committee.
