I am really looking forward to our EndPolioNow fundraising event this coming Thursday, 15 October of the screening of “I am Woman” – the story of Helen Reddy who sadly passed away very recently.  Please advise either Ken Leatham or Greg Gascoigne of your intention to attend.

I am also excited about our first service project (and fundraiser) project for the 2020/21 year – the Spring Challenge on 17th which will show Rotary working in the community as well as bringing in some dollars. Thank you to those who have volunteered for marshalling.

 

Let’s all remember – this is a time of change. As we experience the after affects of COVID-19 and lockdown resulting in our normal activities being disrupted, we need to keep uppermost in our minds our vision – “Enjoy, energise and engage ---- and remember - The secret of change is to use all of your energy not in fighting the old but on building the new".
